Immaculately constructed, the debut collection ‘Element of Freedom’ of emerging fashion designer, Catherine Leon, is a celebration of liberation and style.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, each collection has been carefully created using the highest quality fabrics and with the finest attention to detail. The label evokes a sense of innovation cutting edge designs alongside classic wardrobe staples. Each piece is closely aligned with unique prints, tones and gently tailored shapes, which are fast becoming a signature of the burgeoning label.
From a young age, Catherine’s inspiration and creativity was strongly influenced by the talented works of her seamstress aunt. Captivated by her flair and ingenuity, Catherine embarked upon her own journey into the fashion world. Studying at RMIT, she perfected her skills in pattern making before becoming accepted at the prestigious Melbourne School of Fashion where she specialised in product development and design.
She is continually inspired by international fashion and cultures, demonstrating a complete understanding of contemporary women’s style and accentuated femininity with each new collection.
Catherine has carved out her own unique interpretation of trend driven style. Her talent and perseverance in this field has led to the development of her self-titled label CATHERINE LEON.
