Jessie Hill To Join Fashion Palette
Jessie Hill is a name that knows no boundaries in the fashion industry. In only three short years Jessie has become an Australian icon on the international stage. As the head women’s wear designer at Buddhist Punk Jessie gave herself a solid foundation for starting an electric womenswear line. After leaving Budhist Punk after a short eighteen months she began work on her self titled label. Jessie told me earlier this week that the woman who wears Jessie Hill creations is stylist, left of centre and unique, she knows what she wants, and she knows fashion. No garment is ‘run of the mill’ each piece telling a story. The collections are put together from theatrical story boards with inspiration drawn from film, art and music muses, passions that translate into beautiful fashions.

Fashion Palette will be Jessie’s first large scale fashion conference. No amount of nerves can deter Jessie’s passion for the event. “It’s a good opportunity to learn from our trials and tribulations, to help you not have to make the same mistakes as we did”. Jessie’s experience on an international scale will be a fantastic opportunity to draw irreplaceable wisdom this May.
