Arghh the 80s…

With artists such as Boy George who were defining the gender bender style and the likes of Madonna the pop princess, who could forget the 1980s.  Fashion was bright and far from afraid, pastel colours reigned supreme and Miami Vice brought in the 5 o’clock shadow.  The mullet was in and disco was out.  Hair was big and so were the shoulder pads, jeans were tight and the shirts were loose. The moon walk was born and The Buggles Video killed the radio star became the first video clip aired.
